Appointments

First appointments are 60-90 minute long, and involve collecting information about your health history, current concerns, and wellness goals.  You will receive a wellness plan at the end of your visit, which may include nutrition, lifestyle, and/or supplement recommendations.

Prior to your first visit, you will receive a link to fill out an electronic health questionnaire on our client portal.

Follow-up appointments are generally 30-45 minutes, during which your progress will be assessed, new concerns may be discussed, and the wellness plan adjusted. 

Initial Consultation: depending on complexity

• 60 minutes: $320

• 90 minutes: $470

Follow Up Consultations: depending on complexity

• 30 minute: $150

• 45 minutes: $225

• 60 minutes: $300

• 75 minutes: $375

• 90 minutes: $450

• Admin Fee, charged according to time. To ensure I can continue providing timely, thoughtful support outside of scheduled visits, an administrative fee may apply for services such as extensive messaging, research, or detailed lab review completed between appointments.
